On Saturday 18th May, 2024, Mr. Ashok Puri, A major investor from Dubai looking to invest in Ghana visited the Diaspora African Forum Youth Empowerment Training Centers (DAFYETC). Mr. Ashok Puri is the Chairman of the MGT Group, a Dubai-based corporation that has secured a significant reputation by developing its business along diverse lines such as camp supply/operation, humanitarian aid, national reconstruction, industrial and infrastructure development. MGT Group aims to extend its reach to West Africa’s Atlantic Coast, Ghana, and as part of Mr. Ashok’s itinerary, he paid a visit to the Diaspora African Forum Youth be Empowerment Training Centers.
The Diaspora African Forum (DAF) is an African Union (AU) endorsed non-profit organization opened on July 7, 2001 by H.E. President J.A.Kufuor. DAF was and remains the first and only African Diaspora organization in the world with diplomatic status enabling DAF to accomplish groundbreaking work in Diaspora advocacy at the highest levels of government in Ghana and Africa in general.
